The short version: this website collects nothing about you.

This website

• No cookies are set.
• No analytics or tracking of any kind runs.
• No third-party resources (fonts, scripts, images) are loaded — nothing about your visit is shared with anyone.
• The site is served from Cloudflare's edge platform, which processes standard connection logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; we do not use them to identify visitors.

If you email us

We will hold your email and our reply for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records. Our email runs on Microsoft 365. We do not add you to any mailing list — we do not have one.

Our demonstration system

We run a demonstration of our student information system for people evaluating it. Its records are invented. If you use it, it keeps what you enter, such as an email address you give its applicant sign-in page, together with its record of what was done there, and we use these only to run the demonstration. It sends email only to addresses at domains we have approved; any other message stays in the demonstration's own outbox and is never sent. Everything you entered is removed when the demonstration is next reset. Please do not enter real personal information about anyone else.

Client engagements

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client (for example student records), we do so as a processor under a written data-sharing or data-processing agreement; the client's own privacy notice applies. See trust & governance for our data-protection practices.
